New Regulation on the Community Trademark
24 March 2009Today was published in the Official Journal of the European Union the new Council Regulation (EO) No. 207 / 2009 of 26.02.2009, which repeals the current Council Regulation (EO) No. 40 / 94 on the registration and enforcement of the Community Trademark. The new Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following this publication, it shall be binding and directly applicable in all Member States.
